Your mission 🛰️

As a BDR at Orbitant you will be the first connection with our potential clients. Your role will be to open doors, build trust, and schedule qualified meetings with strategic decision-makers (CTOs, CEOs, VPs of Engineering, Heads of Operations) in international markets like the UK, Nordics, Germany, Netherlands, as well as Spain.

What you'll do in your day-to-day 🎯

  • Identify new target accounts and prospect in key markets.
  • Engage with C-levels, understand their pains, and connect with our solutions.
  • Schedule qualified meetings that generate real impact in the pipeline.
  • Use tools like HubSpot, Notion, and Apollo to manage and organize your funnel.
  • Participate in training, dynamics, and internal projects: at Orbitant we work as one team, one purpose.

What we are looking for 👀

  • Experience and seniority to interact naturally with C-level profiles.
  • Fluent English and Spanish 🌐 (essential).
  • Tech savvy mindset: you don't need to be a developer, but you do need to understand the technological context well (Node.js, Python) and know how to convey it.
  • Soft skills that define us: active listening, honesty, empathy, approachability, charisma, and eagerness to build long-term relationships.
